Is paying online more expensive than by cheque?

No, the amount of the order is not different in relation to the method of payment chose. Online payment lists your purchases, the applicable fees and the amount of the VAT, as well as the shipping and handling fees. No other additional fee is charged to the client for paying by credit/debit card online.

Can I pay without having an account with PayPal or Société Générale?

You don’t need to have an account with PayPal or Société Générale to purchase online at If you have a PayPal account, you will be asked to sign in and your account will be debited. If you don’t have a PayPal account, your bankcard will be debited.

Société Générale ensures the handling of secure online payment, via their SOGENACTIF system and a partnership with Atos Worldline.

Can I pay with American Express?

The only cards accepted as payment on are the cards that are shown in the logo. No other cards are accepted as payment on the site. If you have an American Express, or any other card, whose logo is not shown, you can choose to pay by cheque, wire transfer, or in cash.

Order tracking

As soon as payment is confirmed, you will receive an e-mail with your order number, and you will be informed of each step in the preparation of your order. You will receive an e-mail when you order is shipped, with the tracking number (Colissimo or Lettre Max), as well as the contact information of the carrier’s site, which will allow you to track the delivery.

Deferred delivery

You may defer delivery of your order to a future date. Please supply us with the date you wish your order to be shipped in the “message” text area. If our offices happen to be closed on the date you have chosen, the order will be shipped upon our return, and may be slightly later than expected.
